Terms and Conditions of Company Registration
- Client shall provide Accularity of desired name in the preferred order.
- Packages include one Sri Lankan Director only. (hence only one Form 18). Fees to register foreign nationals as directors will vary.
- Secretarial services include preparation of a maximum of six board resolutions, single AGM participation and eROC profile maintenance only. To be renewed annually. Other services will be billed separately. True copy certification is unlimited.
- Stationary designs include three revisions. Logo designing not included.
